Semi- Independent Living (16-18)
At Cerene Care we provide safe, comfortable homes for care leavers, homeless teenagers and unaccompanied asylum-seeking children, where they can learn the essential life skills they will need when they transition to independent living.
We support the vulnerable young people by helping them to achieve better outcomes in education, employment and personal care and expanding their knowledge in basic home maintenance, healthy living and budgeting. Progression in these areas are monitored and kept on record.

Our semi independent living provisions have 24hours on-site support, staff cover.
Floating support (18 -25-year-olds)
​
We provide a step - down service where care leavers can continue to receive support and accommodation after legally becoming adults. This is available under the request of the commissioning local authorities who find that these individuals are still in need of support. Accommodation is provided, usually in the form of a house share provision where 5 or more hours of support work are arranged.
Emergency placements - up to 18 years of age.

In situations where there is an urgent need for temporary or short term care, we are able to organise accommodation and support. The placement may occur through breakdowns in care home placements, foster care or when a young person needs to be bailed from custody at the local police station. These types of placements may be required out of office hours which makes it difficult to house them immediately with most providers. the service also comes with 'responsible adult' service where a member of staff will receive the child from custody or detention over an offence that has resulted in an arrest.
Domiciliary Care -
Cerene Care provides professional domiciliary care services to help individuals live comfortably and independently in their own homes. Our experienced caregivers offer personalized support tailored to each person's needs, including the elderly, people with disabilities, those with mental health challenges, and individuals recovering from illness or surgery. We assist with daily activities such as personal care, medication management, meal preparation, and companionship, ensuring safety and well-being. With a focus on dignity, respect, and compassion,
Supported Living - For any age group

At Cerene Care, we provide compassionate Supported Living Services designed to empower individuals with diverse needs to live independently. We support those with Physical and Mental ill health. Clients fleeing from Domestic violence, Hospital Release/step down clients. Our dedicated team offers personalized care, assistance with daily activities, and support with managing personal affairs in a safe and nurturing environment. We believe in fostering independence, choice, and dignity, ensuring each person’s unique needs are met through tailored care plans.
